Arizona Building Permit Leads for Contractors
DailyPermitLeads is a daily feed of newly issued building permits for contractors, built from public permit records. It is live now in Phoenix, Mesa and Tempe, and our service is for businesses only.
What a permit lead is, and why timing matters
- A building permit is filed when a property owner or contractor plans work such as a remodel, a new roof, a pool or a new home
- A newly issued permit shows a project that is moving. Seeing it early gives you a better chance to offer your services, supply materials, or line up follow-on work
- You can search city portals yourself (How to find new construction permits in Phoenix), but each city has its own system. A daily feed saves that work
Where we cover
- Live now: Phoenix, Mesa and Tempe. Updates may lag: Scottsdale and Gilbert. Coming soon: Chandler, Glendale, Peoria and Surprise. DailyPermitLeads is a prototype, so coverage and timing may change.
- Want another city? Tell us on the request form. City requests shape where we expand next
What is in a lead
- Each lead is built from public permit records and can include details such as the permit number, issue date, permit type, description, job address, valuation, and contractor name and license. Details vary by city. Leads do not include owner names.
- DailyPermitLeads does not supply phone numbers or emails
Trades
- Leads are grouped by trade: remodel, electrical, plumbing, solar, HVAC, new construction, pool and roofing
- A permit can fit more than one trade. Trade grouping is part of the prototype and may change
Who it is for
- General contractors: remodels, additions and new construction in the cities you work
- Roofers: re-roof and roof repair permits (roofing leads guide)
- Solar companies: electrical upgrades, re-roofs and new homes (solar leads guide)
- Also electrical, plumbing, HVAC and pool contractors
How it works
- We gather newly issued permits from public city records
- We clean addresses, remove duplicates, and group permits by trade
- You choose your cities and trades
- You receive a daily list you can import into your CRM
Pricing
- See current plans and Founder pricing on the pricing page. Coverage is limited to the cities listed above.
Before you reach out
General information, not legal advice. Laws change. Check current law and your own consent and do-not-call records before you call, text, email or mail anyone. DailyPermitLeads is a private B2B data service of PublicRecordData LLC and is not affiliated with any government agency or any other permit-lead service.
A public record is not permission to call or text. Federal law (the TCPA) requires prior express consent for autodialed or prerecorded calls and texts to cell phones, and prior express written consent when they are marketing. Homeowners are consumers. Their home and cell numbers can be on the National Do Not Call Registry, and telemarketing calls are limited to 8 a.m.-9 p.m. their local time. DailyPermitLeads does not supply phone numbers or emails, and our data carries no consent to contact anyone.
Calls and texts to businesses can still be covered, especially to cell phones. Check the rules before you dial.
Mailers must not look like government notices or suggest a fee is required by law. A disclaimer does not fix a misleading design.
Marketing emails must have honest headers and subject lines, identify themselves as ads, include a valid physical postal address and a working opt-out, and honor opt-outs within 10 business days.
If you make sales calls in Arizona, you may need to register with the Arizona Secretary of State as a telephone seller (A.R.S. 44-1272) unless an exemption applies.
DailyPermitLeads is for business marketing only. It is not a consumer reporting agency, and our data may not be used to decide anyone's eligibility for credit, insurance, employment or housing.
Leads are for your own business's internal use. Resale, sharing or redistribution is not allowed, and we do not offer reseller or bulk licenses.
