Phoenix Building Permit Leads for Contractors
DailyPermitLeads sends contractors a daily list of newly issued Phoenix building permits from public records, grouped by trade. Phoenix is live in our prototype, and our service is for businesses only.
Why Phoenix permits matter for contractors
- A newly issued permit shows a project that is moving, at a specific address
- Seeing it early gives you a better chance to offer services, supply materials, or line up follow-on work
- A contractor may already be hired and listed on the permit. Use the description and contractor details to decide how to approach it
Phoenix's public permit search vs a daily feed
- The City of Phoenix offers a public Permit Information Search through PDD Online. See How to find new construction permits in Phoenix for the steps
- Checking it by hand every day takes time. A daily feed does the gathering and cleaning for you
What is in a lead
- Each lead is built from public permit records and can include details such as the permit number, issue date, permit type, description, job address, valuation, and contractor name and license. Details vary by city. Leads do not include owner names. DailyPermitLeads does not supply phone numbers or emails.
Trades
- Phoenix leads are grouped by trade: remodel, electrical, plumbing, solar, HVAC, new construction, pool and roofing. A permit can fit more than one trade
- Trade guides: Roofing leads from re-roof permits in Phoenix and Solar leads from building permits
Coverage
- Live now: Phoenix, Mesa and Tempe. Updates may lag: Scottsdale and Gilbert. Coming soon: Chandler, Glendale, Peoria and Surprise. DailyPermitLeads is a prototype, so coverage and timing may change.

Before you reach out
General information, not legal advice. Laws change. Check current law and your own consent and do-not-call records before you call, text, email or mail anyone. DailyPermitLeads is a private B2B data service of PublicRecordData LLC and is not affiliated with any government agency or any other permit-lead service.
A public record is not permission to call or text. Federal law (the TCPA) requires prior express consent for autodialed or prerecorded calls and texts to cell phones, and prior express written consent when they are marketing. Homeowners are consumers. Their home and cell numbers can be on the National Do Not Call Registry, and telemarketing calls are limited to 8 a.m.-9 p.m. their local time. DailyPermitLeads does not supply phone numbers or emails, and our data carries no consent to contact anyone.
Calls and texts to businesses can still be covered, especially to cell phones. Check the rules before you dial.
Mailers must not look like government notices or suggest a fee is required by law. A disclaimer does not fix a misleading design.
Marketing emails must have honest headers and subject lines, identify themselves as ads, include a valid physical postal address and a working opt-out, and honor opt-outs within 10 business days.
If you make sales calls in Arizona, you may need to register with the Arizona Secretary of State as a telephone seller (A.R.S. 44-1272) unless an exemption applies.
DailyPermitLeads is for business marketing only. It is not a consumer reporting agency, and our data may not be used to decide anyone's eligibility for credit, insurance, employment or housing.
Leads are for your own business's internal use. Resale, sharing or redistribution is not allowed, and we do not offer reseller or bulk licenses.
